I did consultations with several attorneys in Greenville. Miller is one of the oldest and most experienced. The main recommendation was from another attorney I knew (Allen Hahn), he represented the other attorney in his personal divorce. He is this most expensive attorney in Greenville at $300hr bu...t he is very honest in billing and doe not overdue work, as a result your likely to come out cheaper overall. I had 10 months of bickering/settlement time and 3 court hearings, and 1 deposition. Ex went through multi attorneys (and I later found out $35k), I had spend around $10k with Miller. As smart as they come, he always several steps ahead of the advisory. He is a imposing figure that demands respect in the courtroom. Very clear and strait forward, he is going to tell you how things are, not what you want to hear. We were so far ahead and every step Ex gave up and settled for a fraction of what was offered before any litigation started.
