Yes I have used This law firm before and got Yes I after they did a letter of reconsideration. However, this time I'm trying to get it.I went to wait for a little while It's been 5 months now.I have no sort of income at all But I still have bills nothing history.Nothing has changed the last time I do... not really understand the hold up.I don't even have money to buy groceries I really appreciate it if someone from clausen the law firm would tell me They are not just waiting for the payment to get higher so they can get paid more.I really need to be really assured because I don't have any money.I thank them for taking my case.Let's please move on quickly Best regards your client mark williams

This attorney took my case after i was denied the first time. After 4 and a half year's going through the process and finally getting a court date. When i arrived at the hearing's office in Raleigh and got off the elevator i was met by Mr. Clauson who advised me he already met with the judge and work...ed out a deal. If i would accept ssi he would approve it on the spot. I asked what ssi was and he told me it was part of SS and i would receive a substantial amount of back pay and this would be over. He failed to inform me it was welfare and i couldn't do anything about it after i signed the form's. I received $800.00 back pay and cannot draw anything for my minor children. I later found out from the secretary he was going to leave the law group he was with and had to close all his case's. He did not inform me of a lot of info because if he had i would have refused the deal. Now i'm stuck with welfare the rest of my life. SEARCH around before you hire this attorney. This attorney received $6,500.00 for his service .
