This attorney took my case after i was denied the first time. After 4 and a half year's going through the process and finally getting a court date. When i arrived at the hearing's office in Raleigh and got off the elevator i was met by Mr. Clauson who advised me he already met with the judge and work...ed out a deal. If i would accept ssi he would approve it on the spot. I asked what ssi was and he told me it was part of SS and i would receive a substantial amount of back pay and this would be over. He failed to inform me it was welfare and i couldn't do anything about it after i signed the form's. I received $800.00 back pay and cannot draw anything for my minor children. I later found out from the secretary he was going to leave the law group he was with and had to close all his case's. He did not inform me of a lot of info because if he had i would have refused the deal. Now i'm stuck with welfare the rest of my life. SEARCH around before you hire this attorney.
