Benjamin Dorian Brodish

I focus my practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation, representing individuals and families throughout North Carolina who have been injured through no fault of their own. I take pride in guiding clients through difficult situations with clarity, compassion, and practical advice. I believe good legal representation starts with listening, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to protecting a client’s rights and well-being.

Born and raised in North Carolina, I earned my undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and my law degree from Campbell University School of Law. While in law school, I focused on trial advocacy and practical litigation skills and gained early courtroom and client-focused experience through work with the Office of the Federal Public Defender, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, the Wake County Public Defender’s Office, and local civil litigation law firms. Those early experiences continue to shape my approach to advocacy today, particularly the importance of preparation, professionalism, and respect for the people behind each case.

As a partner at Kreger Brodish, I work closely with our legal team to provide attentive, hands-on representation to injured clients and their families. I am committed to helping clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence, whether that means resolving a claim efficiently or litigating when necessary to achieve a fair result.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife and our three children. We are often outdoors together at parks and playgrounds, staying active and supporting our kids’ interests and activities. My wife and I also value the occasional date night, whether that means trying a new restaurant or catching a show around the Triangle. As a family, we enjoy getting away whenever we can, especially to North Carolina’s mountains and coast.
