Ghosted

Not sure why Rick would be running an ad for clients when he ignores the ones who hire him. I had a phone conversation with him and he was very nice. I dropped off my wills for his review and nearly 2 months later we still didn't have any progress on our new trust and new wills.. I notified him that... we had a closing coming up and we needed the trust for the closing. he completely ignored me and I finally just went over and picked up the documents I had left for him. when I called him back I got connected to a Google voice. people who are paying for these ads are passing that cost on to their clients.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
