Speeding and Traffic Ticket 70%

Traffic tickets include Driving While License Revoked (DWLR), which are usually full license restoration projects. GOALS: no jail, minimum points, minimum fines, no new suspension, and full restoration of driving privileges.

70%
Criminal Defense 10%

We defend violations of everything from minor traffic violations to major felonies. Simeon has tried and won jury trials over 20+ years, and argued (and won) before the NC Court of Appeals.

10%
DUI and DWI 10%

Defending alcohol-related violations in NC is one of the most complicated undertakings in criminal/traffic law. Often the case turns on whether the driver timely appealed his BAC suspension within 10 days of arrest.

10%
Car Accident 5%

We defend at fault drivers, to help avoid convictions in criminal/traffic court, and we prosecute civil claims for victims substantially injured by others' demonstrable negligence.

5%
Civil Rights 5%

Traffic stops often involve encroachment of drivers' 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th Amendment rights under the NC and US Constitutions. Recognizing and defending these rights can make the difference in the outcome.

Indebted and Grateful

Mr. Simeon gave me free legal advice many years ago in regards to a DWI/ POSS charge. Represented myself and prevailed on both charges! $25 for a seatbelt ticket and I was adjudicated! This man fights for the people!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
