Biography
I joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2012 and head the medical review team for our firm. The medical review team analyzes client medical issues in the context of their legal cases.
I received my J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. I received my Bachelor of Science in nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and worked as a nurse for many years before obtaining my law degree. My education and training makes me ideally suited to expand the firm's resources in fully understanding a client's medical situation in the context of the client's legal case and to help our attorneys better serve those affected by car accidents, personal injuries, or defective products.
In addition to my professional experience, I have performed pro bono work with the North Carolina Central University School of Law Veteran’s Law Clinic and with the Medical Legal Partnership for Children at Legal Aid.
I am a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
