I joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2010 andhandle personal injury cases for our clients.
I received his J.D. from North CarolinaCentral Universityand my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from IndianaUniversity in Bloomington, to taking a position at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, I workedas a Senior Claims Representative for a major insurance company. This allowed meto see how personal injury law is practiced from both sides of the table.
I think having work experience from both sides of the table, so to speak,allows me to look at a case from different viewpoints. This benefits myclients in that I can see obstacles a little farther in advance and advise themaccordingly.
My professional affiliations include American Bar Association; North CarolinaState Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. I am a Licensed InsuranceAdjuster and Vice President of the Eastern NCChapter of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. My community serviceactivities include volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the LiteracyVolunteers of America.
