"Matthew is polite, honest, reasonable, and prompt. He's responsive, makes himself available, and treats his client's issue like it's his top priority. I appreciated never having to wait weeks or months for Matthew to get back to me, and knowing he was working with his client with the same promptness that I was working with mine."
