Kelli Dilworth McGonagle

Kelli is originally from South Carolina but enjoyed her undergraduate years in the mountains of North Carolina. While at Western Carolina University, she majored in Business Law and minored in Criminal Justice. After graduation, Kelli headed west to the University of Tulsa College of Law. It was here that she worked on her first family law cases as a student with the Boesche Legal Clinic, and later as a Licensed Legal Intern at a family law firm. Kelli was admitted to practice law in Florida and began her legal career with Children’s Legal Services of the Florida Department of Children and Families, advocating for abused and neglected children. Kelli and her family later relocated back to North Carolina, where she devotes her practice to family law.

For as long as she can remember, Kelli has always wanted to be an attorney. Her caring and compassionate nature, and her passion for advocating for children, led her to the practice of family law. Kelli strives to not only be an advocate for her clients, but to be a calm and reassuring presence to them as she helps them navigate through what can be one of the most difficult times in their lives. Kelli understands the uncertainty and stress associated with separation and divorce. It is the ability to alleviate some of that uncertainty and stress as she guides clients through the legal process that Kelli finds so rewarding.
