Beth has been working in personal injury law firms since she was 15 years old and has worked in every position a law firm has to offer. While working as a litigation paralegal, she realized she herself wanted to become a trial attorney and put herself through undergrad and law school. She is the daughter of a retired U.S. Marine and stands as a proud supporter of our troops and their families. She has been fortunate to work with her mother, Cheryl Leone, also a former Marine and who has been in law firm administration for over 40 years. Beth and Cheryl own their own law firm management and consulting company, Catalyst Group, which works with other law firms on a national level. She is married to Shawn Noble, Ph.D. who does Market Research for John Deere. Beth and Shawn are proud parents of three rambunctious Golden Retrievers: Hearsay, Piper and Buckeye.
