Buxton Reed Bailey

Hired attorney Bailey when my husband got detained by immigration. Attorney Bailey walked me through all the steps necessary to help me get my husband released from prison. Here we are in 2016 and our applications have been approved and soon my husband will be on his way to his country to have a inte...rview to hopefully get a permanent visa to be with us without the fear of deportation. Attorney Bailey staff is excellent they have became more like friends through all this!! I always speak highly of him as well as his staff he's never failed not once. I have the utmost respect and last but not least trust.

I have been in the United States for about 28 years. After consultin with several attorney and hiring 2 different ones about my immigration case, none of them were competent enough to handle my case. They would ask me for money but not do much. I called them constantly to get updates on my case. but ...the answer was always that they had to call me back and then they wouldn't. A family member recommended attorney Buxton Bailey. I made an appointment with him. He reviewed my immigration file and decided that he could help me. I had a bad experience with other attorneys so at the beginning I didn't trust a third attorney very much. But after hiring him and seeing how in less time than other attorneys he was able to obtain a work permit for me, then my case was reopened with the immigration court, and eight months later we were able to get my permanent residency approved by the judge. I was able to travel to my home country and see my family after 20 years. He is a wonderful attorney and I highly recommend him. He estado en Estados Unidos por alrededor de 28 anos. Despues de haber consultado y contratado 2 diferentes abogados al respecto de mi caso de inmigracion, ninguno de ellos fue competente para llevar mi caso porque me pedian dinero sin hacer nada. Les llamaba para saber como iba mi caso y siempre me decian que me iban a regresar la llamada, y no lo hacian. Un familiar me recomendo al abogado Buxton Bailey. Hice una cita para hablar con el de mi caso. El reviso mi expediente con inmigracion y dedujo que podia ayudarme. Ya que habia tenido una mala experiencia con otros abogados, no confiaba mucho en un tercer abogado. Pero despues de contratarlo y de ver como el en menos tiempo que otros abogados me pudo conseguir primeramente un permiso de trabajo, despues se reabrio mi caso con la corte de inmigracion, y a los ocho meses despues pudimos conseguir la residencia permanente aprobada por un juez, y pude viajar a mi pais a ver a mi familia despues de 20 anos. Es un muy buen abogado. Se los recomiendo.

I say 10 stars because 5 stars is excellent but the work that Buxton Reed Bailey did for me was much more than excellent. He's very professional. I am very satisfied and couldn't find a better lawyer. He was with me in every step until the goal was reached, which was to get my permanent residency h...ere in the U.S. He's honest, you cant trust him.
