Antoine Marshall was born in Alexandria, Virginia and at a young age his family moved from the Washington DC Metro area to Raleigh, North Carolina. He graduated from Southeast Raleigh High School and was awarded a full scholarship to attend Claflin University, a premier liberal arts school in Orangeburg, SC. Mr. Marshall has always had a goal of helping people through his work, and went to Claflin with the primary goal of becoming a doctor. After three years as a Biotechnology major, Mr. Marshall was exposed to the legal profession through an internship opportunity. Through that experience Mr. Marshall developed a passion for the law that carried him to Wake Forest School of Law, one of the top 35 law schools in the country. At Wake Forest, Antoine was active with the law school's pro-bono office. After recognizing an unmet need in the community he teamed up with fellow students to start the Veteran Advocate Law Organization (VALOR), an on campus organization that provided legal advice to local Veterans.
After graduating from Wake Forest, Mr. Marshall gained hands-on experience handling a wide range of legal matters while working as a staff attorney through Legal Aid of North Carolina. Applying his scientific background to his desire to help others, Mr. Marshall has represented low income individuals in areas such as bankruptcy, landlord-tenant law, public housing, social security disability, mortgage foreclosure, criminal expungment and collection actions.

Extremely Disappointed
I've spent the last 4 months with Antoine as my attorney and during that time my experience has been: -he several times said he would look into items I asked questions on and follow up and never did either -he never advocated for nor represented my best interests; instead allowed the other party's ...

"I once attended one of Attorney Marshall's continuing legal education (CLE) lectures on landlord-tenant law, and was impressed with his legal expertise, professional demeanor, and empathy for clients from underserved communities. For these reasons and more, I gladly endorse Attorney Antoine Marshall."
"Mr. Marshall and I answer many of the same type of questions on AVVO. I have always found his responses to be well thought out and compassionate. I believe this heart is in his ability to help others. I happily endorse this attorney."
