Andrew has an excellent understanding of the NC DMV laws and how the system works. My case went very smoothly and Andrew was very prepared for the hearing as he anticipated ever step of the process. He also interacted with the witnesses, the government officials and myself with the utmost respect ...which made the experience much less intimidating. My daughter and I both received traffic violations within two weeks. Andrew Crook was efficient in handling both traffic violations and was able to go to court for us so we didn't have to miss school and work. We were able to get the charges reduced so that there were no points on our record with a... small court fee. He was never pushy, and was willing to listen, all while remaining the clear expert and acting in complete control of the legal side of the case. His advice was easy to follow, and the options were made easy to interpret. Andrew was easy to get in contact with, and reliable with his scheduled contacts and follow-ups. He was also patient and willing to listen when I needed to vent about the case itself. Overall great guy, and an excellent lawyer. We received a favorable outcome in the case, and I would use him again in the future.
