Dee Wallis delayed in providing an offer to purchase for a real estate cash purchase I was trying to make, charged an enormous amount of money to generate the offer, and then treated my seller so poorly, they backed out of the deal rather than continue to interact with her. She had helped me before, ...but this was an important deal for me, which went south, and she still wants me to pay her huge fee. I won’t be using her again.
