Dave Batten violates the American Bar Association’s code of Ethics. When his alleged clients continue to harass people and they are told to cease and you take any legal action then Dave steps in and tries to intimidate you because he thinks that because he has a Juris Doctor and has passed the bar in 3 states he is the law honcho and underestimates other peoples knowledge of the law and rights, especially if you’re not white. He thinks he’s a big shot because he’s on retainer for Duke University Hospital, however never tells his “clients” to stop harassing people who are no longer their patients. Don’t let unscrupulous people like Dave Batten threaten you and intimidate you. He’s bought out by Duke. He will continue to contact people who have attorneys and demands information that no one owes him. He thinks because he has all these years being an attorney and has never been held accountable for the violations he commits that this day wouldn’t come.
