Andre Truth Timothy McDavid

I consulted with Andre a few months before the court date. He told me the absolute TRUTH about what may happen and his plans, he even discussed back up plans that he was sure we wouldn't be resulting to! Andre is a very honest man who knows exactly what he is doing. I'm a 21 year old college student ...that has no history or run ins with the law! I was so worried after receiving my first and, (crossing my fingers), last speeding ticket. I had plans of enrolling in the Police Academy in October this was definitely something that, if not handled correctly, would've kept me out of the Academy! Andre represented me today and he got the speed down low enough for it to actually be dismissed so now I can move forward with my plans of attending the Police Academy. I didn't have to stand before the judge as a matter of fact, I wasn't even in the courtroom. After court he made sure I knew what was done and the fact that while everyone was waiting to we were on our way down stairs to see the clerk of courts. He made sure that I understood what needed be done as far as paying the court fees by a certain date. He asked me if I had any questions and answered all with facts through experience. He showed everyone inside and outside the court room respect. He treated me to lunch where I forgot about everything I was worrying and stressing about months prior. He's a great, funny guy who absolutely loves what he does. His services are affordable. He's a very positive guy that makes you positive even in a negative situation. Thanks to Andre my insurance won't go up and I won't have a history. certainly there aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how happy I am, and how pleased I am with the services provided by Andre!!! He has definitely gained a client and a friend forever!!!!

In a family law case to which he was present, but not counsel for either party, Andre went out of his way to make a way for my daughter to be able to spend a few hours with her mother. No charge, no fee, just a man who stepped up and did the right thing at the right time. Over the course of that day... I was able to see just how thorough, responsible, caring, and valuable Andre is. His communication skills were consistent no matter the method or time of day, and he made what could have been a tough situation, seamless.

I consulted with this man over lunch and I honestly didn't know what the outcome of the meeting would be. After talking with him I truly believe he understands right from wrong and he will not take a case that undermines his integrity as a lawyer. This man is not out for money nor is his mission to r...uin lives. I honestly believe he is one in a million in the legal profession. He gave me great advice and I will be forever thankful for his words.
