Dissastified and considering action with NC Bar
Ms. Close acted as arbitrator in my case, and was over 30 days late with her findings. Those findings indicated a biased finding of 'bad faith' inconsistent with the testimony, facts, and legal guidelines.

Replied last October 26, 2017This review appears to have been submitted by a party involved in a case where I served as the arbitrator, and who is unhappy with my ruling. The reference to "bad faith" relates to my determination that this parent refused to recognize his/her duty to support the children, and I stand by my decision. No parent has the right to bring children into this world and then shirk their financial responsibility to them.
