I live in another state and could not get a new license until I cleared up an old Driving While License Revoked matter in North Carolina. I drove all the way to Raleigh to handle the old charge and learned there was an order for my arrest outstanding! I called Russell Babb to help. Russell went to... work quickly and got the old charge dismissed very efficiently. I did not get arrested and got my license back that same day in my state.
