Biography
There are many complicated issues that can arise when someone is injured through no fault of their own. Many times insurance companies do not want to cover all medical expenses or lost wages and will pressure an injured victim to settle early. Mr. Tuttle provides free consultations to assess claims and to provide advice. We will handle personal injury matters on a contingency fee basis, meaning that clients will not pay a retainer or be billed monthly except for expense reimbursement. The firm will be paid a percentage of the settlement or judgment we obtain on your behalf. Once you retain us, you will not have to deal with the insurance company or their attorneys, which will allow you to focus on your health. While the majority of personal injury claims settle prior to trial, we are ready and willing to take your case to a jury.
