I recently had a case of being falsely accused of domestic violence in Raliegh NC. This gentleman took time to dig up the facts and truths in my case and represented me in court to a verdict that exonerated me. I live 700 mile from raliegh and I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would fin...d an attorney that got to know me and the case I had against me , but he did and I am so grateful and apprehensive of his expertise in criminal law.

I got myself into a situation when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. Mr. Faucette was the 2nd lawyer I contacted and what made me choose him as opposed to the other lawyer was his quick responses, willingness to work with my financial situation at the time, and most importantly his faith ...in God. I am a person who believes in the power of prayer and faith and Mr. Faucette always ended our interactions with something like “be blessed”. The part of the review you probably want to read is that he was sure to keep me updated when my case got continued and was VERY thorough in explaining details after he got my case dismissed for me. He also always assured me that he’d do what he could to get my charge dismissed. Now, he is also handling my expungement and I have faith that it will go as smoothly as the dismissal of the case. You won’t go wrong in choosing him for your defense!!

Hired Mr. Faucette when had some neighbors take out fraudulent charges on me. Let's just say that case is history at this point. Husband and I had some issues arise between us and Mr. Faucette helped my husband and I get back together. We are both grateful and thankful for everything he has done f...or us! I do recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer and he may not respond back immediately but he will as soon as possible because we have to remember we are not his only clients he is helping so you have to be patient because we know he is working on our cases in the background and he will strive for a good outcome with the courts. After my arrest, my daughter said she knew Matt was the man for the job when he expressed how sorry he was to be needed for the huge challenge I had to overcome. I will never forget the day Matt visited me in county (he was a regular visitor) when he abruptly got up to leave, saying he was going to ...get me out of there. He knew I was innocent. He listened to me, worked with my public defender and me, and kept my loved ones informed. He encouraged me to not lose faith during some very very dark days. I will never forget the day we appeared in court for a bail reduction hearing. His passionate presentation of the facts in my case dwarfed the lame weak pleas of the prosecution, resulting in an amazing reduction in bail that got me home where I could more fully participate in the accumulation of evidence that clearly proved my innocence (and yes, the system treated me as guilty until proven innocent). I wish Matt could have seen me today, living a full happy life that he helped me recreate. Matt saved my life and I will be eternally grateful.
