Hired Mr. Faucette when had some neighbors take out fraudulent charges on me. Let's just say that case is history at this point. Husband and I had some issues arise between us and Mr. Faucette helped my husband and I get back together. We are both grateful and thankful for everything he has done f...or us! I do recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great lawyer and he may not respond back immediately but he will as soon as possible because we have to remember we are not his only clients he is helping so you have to be patient because we know he is working on our cases in the background and he will strive for a good outcome with the courts. After my arrest, my daughter said she knew Matt was the man for the job when he expressed how sorry he was to be needed for the huge challenge I had to overcome. I will never forget the day Matt visited me in county (he was a regular visitor) when he abruptly got up to leave, saying he was going to ...get me out of there. He knew I was innocent. He listened to me, worked with my public defender and me, and kept my loved ones informed. He encouraged me to not lose faith during some very very dark days. His passionate presentation of the facts in my case dwarfed the lame weak pleas of the prosecution, resulting in an amazing reduction in bail that got me home where I could more fully participate in the accumulation of evidence that clearly proved my innocence (and yes, the system treated me as guilty until proven innocent). I wish Matt could have seen me today, living a full happy life that he helped me recreate. Matt saved my life and I will be eternally grateful.

I had a serious felony charge against me that occurred as a result of me having schizophrenia and commiting a crime under those influences… upon my arrest and subsequent hospitilazation, my wife called out to several lawyers, and matt was the first to respond to her, and please note this was also ...while he was on vacation at the beach with his family. During the initial conversation with my wife, he assured her , that although the charges where serious he believed he could get us a positive outcome regardless of how it looked on paper. from that moment on things weren't so dark for me and my family anymore.
