Worst experience I could imagine

Replied last April 29, 2019Unfortunately, I have no idea who this reviewer is or if he was ever one of my clients. However, the reviewer states that I was his court-appointed lawyer, which means I would have represented him in a criminal defense matter. Therefore, charges would have been against him and not because he was a victim of a crime. Therefore, I did not and would not have the power to dismiss or cause any charges to be dismissed that he may have had. The prosecutor is the only official in the the courtroom that has that power. Secondly, he states that he sat in the wrong courtroom for an hour and half. There are many resources that assist defendants in finding the correct courtroom, including clerks, deputies, marquees and the internet.
