I retained Mr. Cotten to help me with a speeding ticket. The price was responsible & he was able to get my speed reduced, which meant no points on my insurance. Having the paperwork e-mailed was a huge plus for me, allowed me not to have take off work to sign the paperwork. I am satisfied with the ...service I received. Thank you!

I wasn't satisfied and I wouldn't recommend Cotten. I was charged with 50/35. I was told by the district attorney that   I could get it reduce to 44/50. I decided to hire cotten to try to get the ticket dismissed since I wasn't sure I was even speeding. The police officer that supposedly ticketed me... wasn't the police officer that pulled me over. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone I was told they would try to get the ticket reduced or dismissed. I received an email on the court date stating he was able to get  the ticket reduce from 64/55. I was shocked because I was charged with 50/35. I immediately became worried because  I was not sure he actually went to court for me. I call the office and the receptionist told  me it was an error. I waited for about an hour and half and no email. I called back to find out the status of email. The receptionist was rude. She  told me not to worry and there is nothing she could do about it  and cotten couldn't email because he wasn't in the office. I am not impressed because my driving record is perfectly clean and the 44/50 is what the district attorney offered me. I am defintely not impressed in his service after reading the reviews and getting the email with errors on it. I am not even sure what the outcome of my case is at the moment.

I recently spoke with Mr Cotten regarding a speeding ticket I received. He was very helpful in giving me legal advice. He presented me with several scenarios which he had dealt with prior, many of which applied to my situation. He was very honest and forthcoming on what he could or could not do fo...r me. I was impressed that he did pick up his phone on a holiday, on a call from a stranger. Great first impression, I'd say.
