Jeremy, I want to thank you and your office for helping me with my recent traffic ticket. I felt informed about my options from the very first phone call when I spoke with your assist. All it took was one call to Jeremy Cotten. His assistant took all my information and a few days later I got a call from Jeremy. He explained the whole process to me and assured me that he would get the best judgment he could for me. Aside from having to pay a fine and the court costs (which I wo...uld have had to pay no matter how the charge was handled) for a small fee (the smallest fee of any lawyer I have ever had to employ for a traffic violation), Jeremy Cotten handled my whole case. He reviewed my case thoroughly which was speeding (60 mph in a 45 mph zone). He went to court in my place and got the charge dropped to Improper Equipment which has essentially no effect on me for insurance or license purposes and therefore I would not be subject to any increase in insurance based upon the disposition. He paid for all court costs and fines and now the matter is officially resolved. Jeremy Cotten handled my case in the best way possible, getting the best judgment possible and for a very reasonable fee. I received my first speeding ticket (60 MPH in a 45 MPH) and had no idea what I needed to do. I was very close to just paying for the ticket and calling it a day, something I now realize would have been a big mistake.
