My stupidity got me into trouble... the smartest thing I did was hire Mr. Bauernfeind to represent me. He has been with me every step of the way. Keeping me informed of what was happening and advising me. Not only am I satisfied with the representation I am shocked at the result. David represented my son in a case and took care of it as promised. My son who is 19 drove a friend (over 21) to get two cases of beer for a party. The police waited outside of the convenient store later stopped his car. The two cases of beers were unopened. My son did not drink and of course passed ...the alcohol test. The police still charge him for assisting an adult to get alcohol for underage drinkers. I talked to many lawyers and they all wanted us to plead guilty and take an alcohol lesson. Only David listened to our wish of pleading not guilty and took care of it. He listened to us, researched the case, let us know what is his approach and yes he did tell us what the worst case is.
