Military retirement dispute

Ashley, I owe a debt of gratitude to you, your staff and the law firm for saving me a ton of money. I appreciate you advising me of all possible outcomes of my case and avenues we could approach each. The passion you have for helping people is far greater than anything, I have seen in many years ...(this was apparent through all the hard work you and your staff put into the legal argument presented in court). Thank you again for all you have done for me and my family. P.S. If I could leave a review with 10 stars- I would. Thank you for risking losing a case to preserve a service members blood, sweat, and tears (his future livelihood). Sherlen Drake

I could not have asked for a better attorney

I have used Ashley as my attorney for my divorce and child custody for years. When I first hired Ashley, I had never even stepped into a court room. I didn't understand divorce or child custody. Ashley was patient, she listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I would have to admit, I am... the client with a million questions and what if's. She took time to help me understand what was going on and answer my questions. When I needed advice, she always gave me upfront and wise advice. I do not hope anyone has a case that was as contentions and difficult as mine, but if you do, Ashley is the attorney you want to be working with. She has paid attention to the details of my case and often picked up on details that even I overlooked. I found the small details are what mattered. She was also diligent about managing costs. With my case being carried out for so long, this was important to me. I could not have asked for a better attorney! She understood the law, as well as understood how military benefits should be handled during a divorce. I can honestly say that I can not find the words to express how thankful I am to have her as my attorney. I would and will recommend her to anyone that is looking for an outstanding attorney that will lookout for you and your children's best interest.

Kentucky

I was married to a LTC Army JAG officer. Realizing my limitations of understanding the process associated with Military and Government Forms, I contacted Ashley to help with my situation, 37 years of marriage, 16 of those years married while he was in the service. Hiring Ashley was one of the best d...ecisions I made in my Divorce process, the other was the Attorney that represented me in Court. Ashley was looking out for MY best interests, not only during the present, but also protecting me should a situation arise in the future. The insight and expertise she had in this field has secured my financial future. I will always be grateful for her advise and guidance throughout this difficult time of my life.

Amazing!

Ashley has consulted me many times with my situation in Swansboro! She doesn’t even live in this area! She helped me out and went above and beyond. She is an amazing person and I am beyond grateful to have had her assist! Thank you!
