Justin Lee Minshew

A native of Goldsboro, North Carolina and graduate of Rosewood High School, Justin attended the University of North Carolina where he received a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy Analysis in 2006.  Upon completing his undergraduate degree at UNC, Justin attended North Carolina Central School of Law where he received a J.D. in 2009.  Upon graduating from law school, Justin returned home to Goldsboro to join the law office of Everett, Womble & Lawrence, L.L.P.   Justin’s practice focuses on business and corporate law, civil litigation and collections, criminal and traffic matters, estate planning and probate, and real estate transactions.  Justin also serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Pikeville and assists the City Attorney for the City of Goldsboro.

Justin, an Eagle Scout, has held leadership positions in the Boy Scouts of America – Tuscarora Council, the Wayne County Bar Association and Waynesborough Chapter of the Delta Waterfowl Foundation.  Justin also serves as a Teen Court Judge for the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce’s Community in Schools Program.

In his spare time Justin and his wife, a kindergarten teacher, enjoy spending time with their family and relaxing at the beach.
