I was appointed guardian of an elderly demented lady. She was placed in a caregiving facility and left a cluttered home, additional property, and autos to be dealt with. After many months of working through possessions, trash, files, etc. I realized I needed help. A friend highly recommended Janna Wa...llace as she had helped him with an elderly family member. I called Ms. Wallace and she has helped me organize the estate and set it on a course to assure the proper outcome for the future. She provided legal assistance with the Clerk of the Court pertaining to annual reporting and real estate. She was knowledgeable in all areas of handling the estate and directed me when needed to other persons for advise. I now have peace of mind and always know help is just a phone call away. After our initial discussion a plan was set in motion knowing what needed to be done step-by-step until our goal was accomplished. This included liquidating all properties. I found her fee to be very reasonable and would recommend Janna to anyone needing help with elderly care.

Janna was recommended to me by another female attorney who described Janna as "aggressive." She is NOT aggressive in my opinion, and is NOT a "litigator." Janna ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY, MONEY, MONEY! I hired her as my 2nd attorney in an estate matter, and I so wish I had not hired her. I found Janna t...o be very rude, cold, immature, unprofessional, and uncaring. Janna knows absolutely NOTHING about estate matters. She abruptly walked out on me in the middle of a hearing. TRUE! MONEY AND GETTING PAID IS HER TOP PRIORITY. Do your research folks and be careful who you hire. A lot of lawyers will recommend another attorney as "excellent" when they're really not. Apparently, it's the 'ol "you scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours" mentality. That is very bad for a potential client. My intention in posting this review is in the hopes of helping others. Legal matters are stressful enough, but having the wrong attorney just adds to a client's stress and frustration. Sadly, all factual.
