She was knowledgeable in all areas of handling the estate and directed me when needed to other persons for advise. I now have peace of mind and always know help is just a phone call away. After our initial discussion a plan was set in motion knowing what needed to be done step-by-step until our goal was accomplished. This included liquidating all properties. I found her fee to be very reasonable and would recommend Janna to anyone needing help with elderly care.
