Peace of mind

I hired Greg for assistance with a trust after an unexoected death in my family. Needless to say it was a stressful time. Greg and his staff were prompt, professional and made me feel at ease with the process. I worked with them for over a year and felt confident in their assistance every step of ...the way. Thank you Greg.

Excellent Attorney

Gregory Herman-Giddens has represented my family in North Carolina for years. Upon the passing of a family member he and his law firm performed exceptionally insuring my needs and the needs of my family were met. As my remaining family member ages, a problem over a legal issue occurred at which time ...Mr. Herman-Giddens was quick to step up to the plate and handle the problem without there being concerns on my part. Definitely a "can do" attorney! Highly recommended!

Client Review

Greg handles my estate planning issues and is very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy-going. I am an attorney myself and I marvel at how he can discuss very complex legal isses in a way that is simple and easy to understand. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs an estate plan.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
