Ms. Allen represented me in court in March 2016 for a speeding ticket I received in Chapel Hill earlier that year. She and her staff were professional and first-rate for the following reasons; First, I called a few lawyers in the Chapel Hill area. One of Ms. Allen's staff called me back even... though it was in the early evening on a Friday. She listened carefully to my specific situation, then gave me the basics of how the firm handles a case like mine. The information was clear and concise. There was no pressure in her presentation. She answered all my question on how I was to complete the forms to hire Ms. Allen and any documentation I needed to send to her. Second, once I hired Ms. Allen to represent me, her staff kept me updated on when the case would be heard, even when it was rescheduled for another date. Lastly, once Ms. Allen presented my case to the court and received the outcome (which was most favorable ), a staff member promptly contacted me of the decision. This was the outcome; "Ms. Allen appeared in court for you in Orange County and was able to get your citation dismissed so that it will not appear on your driving record or cause you to get any license or insurance points." The case was resolved on a Friday and her staff got me the results that weekend ( a Sunday evening). I was impressed by the whole process, start to finish. Upon receiving my first speeding ticket, I hired Jennifer Allen to represent me in court. I was clocked speeding in a supposed 25 mph zone, although I knew the officer was sitting in a 35 mph zone, and I was upset by this injustice. Thinking this was merely a matter of my word against his, I was ad...vised to just let a lawyer handle my case and accept any repercussions I would be given. However, Jennifer Allen was able to prove that the officer wrote the wrong speed zone on my ticket, and my citation was dismissed. I'm so impressed and pleased!
