I was driving in Alamance with my boyfriend (who is black for context). There were no speed limit signs and everyone was passing me so I assumed I was going an appropriate speed. We ended up driving past two cops (which no one had put their brakes on for). We got pulled over. Instead of going to the ...driver's door (even though no cars were present), they went to the passenger side door where my boyfriend was sitting to ask all the questions and let me know I was going 63 in a 45. They went back to their car and had us sit for 15 minutes while I watched them in my rearview mirror sit and look at my boyfriends side where he was scared to even move a muscle. They then came back to the driver's side door (when there WERE cars) to tell me I had a court date with options of jail or community service. Not even an option to pay a ticket. Prior to this encounter I had never been pulled over, been given a warning, or even a parking ticket. Thankfully my uncle recommended Jennifer Allen's Firm and they got it down to a nonmoving violation. Josh, the legal assistant, did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process (such as court dates changing and what they had or had not been able to do). and they helped me feel assured it would all work out and why they thought it would. They were right. Thank you!

This is my second time contacting Jennifer to represent me in court for a speeding ticket and she handled everything. Jennifer and her staff has great communication, they explained how they are handling the situation so that I understand. I'll always have her represent me in the future, hop...efully much much later.
