I am pleased with the outcome from hiring this attorney. I got a speeding ticket for going more than 15 miles over limit. I was very concerned since I had not had a ticket, accident or any other incidents in almost 30 years. She extended the 1st date and went back to have charges completely dis...missed. That was well worth the money. I now don't have to pay more insurance, cause we all know that is a money racket. I didn't have to miss time from work and she contacted me right after by email to give me update.

Ms. Allen represented me in court in March 2016 for a speeding ticket I received in Chapel Hill earlier that year. She and her staff were professional and first-rate for the following reasons; First, I called a few lawyers in the Chapel Hill area. One of Ms. Allen's staff called me back even... though it was in the early evening on a Friday. She listened carefully to my specific situation, then gave me the basics of how the firm handles a case like mine. The information was clear and concise. There was no pressure in her presentation. She answered all my question on how I was to complete the forms to hire Ms. Allen and any documentation I needed to send to her. Second, once I hired Ms. Allen to represent me, her staff kept me updated on when the case would be heard, even when it was rescheduled for another date. Lastly, once Ms. Allen presented my case to the court and received the outcome (which was most favorable ), a staff member promptly contacted me of the decision. This was the outcome; "Ms. Allen appeared in court for you in Orange County and was able to get your citation dismissed so that it will not appear on your driving record or cause you to get any license or insurance points." The case was resolved on a Friday and her staff got me the results that weekend ( a Sunday evening). I was impressed by the whole process, start to finish. Like others, I was in need of an attorney to handle a speeding ticket I received (going more than 55 in a 45). I hired Jennifer Allen's firm to represent me and they were able to get my ticket reduced to an equipment violation and no points on my license. The process was easy and hassle free. He...r staff was incredibly courteous and promptly answered all of my questions. I just received the first speeding ticket of my life (was clocked on radar going +20 over posted limit). My wife had just recently used our auto insurance policy's one and only prayer-for-judgement for her own separate citation, which, according to everything that I had read, meant that I could not u...se it as a defense for my ticket.
