After getting in a car crash, I needed a lawyer to represent me in court and try to get my case dismissed. Jennifer Allen and her staff were amazing an professional from the beginning. They answered my calls immediately and provided rapid responses, even during this pandemic. Other lawyers I contacte...d did not provide this support. I was immediately notified when my case went into continuance and when she was finally able to get my case dismissed. The level of communication was perfect throughout the process, and I was not concerned in any way that my case was in good hands. I would highly recommend Jennifer Allen Law! I received a traffic ticket while on vacation in North Carolina that required me to go to court. She appeared for me and reduced my ticket so that all I had to pay were court costs. I noticed on other reviews I read that people were saying they had a hard ...time reaching someone when calling the office. This was not my experience at all! Someone answered every time I called in. Her staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I emailed Jennifer, she would usually respond within a day or two. Her services are priced very reasonably, I was only charged once for her services even though she appeared in court several times for me. I am very impressed with this law firm and would definitely use them again in the future!

Ms. Allen represented me in court in March 2016 for a speeding ticket I received in Chapel Hill earlier that year. She and her staff were professional and first-rate for the following reasons; First, I called a few lawyers in the Chapel Hill area. One of Ms. Allen's staff called me back even... though it was in the early evening on a Friday. She listened carefully to my specific situation, then gave me the basics of how the firm handles a case like mine. The information was clear and concise. There was no pressure in her presentation. She answered all my question on how I was to complete the forms to hire Ms. Allen and any documentation I needed to send to her. Second, once I hired Ms. Allen to represent me, her staff kept me updated on when the case would be heard, even when it was rescheduled for another date. Lastly, once Ms. Allen presented my case to the court and received the outcome (which was most favorable ), a staff member promptly contacted me of the decision. This was the outcome; "Ms. Allen appeared in court for you in Orange County and was able to get your citation dismissed so that it will not appear on your driving record or cause you to get any license or insurance points." The case was resolved on a Friday and her staff got me the results that weekend ( a Sunday evening). I was impressed by the whole process, start to finish.
