After getting in a car crash, I needed a lawyer to represent me in court and try to get my case dismissed. Jennifer Allen and her staff were amazing an professional from the beginning. They answered my calls immediately and provided rapid responses, even during this pandemic. Other lawyers I contacte...d did not provide this support. I was immediately notified when my case went into continuance and when she was finally able to get my case dismissed. The level of communication was perfect throughout the process, and I was not concerned in any way that my case was in good hands. I highly recommend hiring Jennifer Allen for any traffic violation representation!

Una vez que me dieron un ticket por exceso de velocidad, a los dias me llagaron cientos de sobres de abogado para atender mi caso, y llame a la Sra. Jennifer porque habla español y tambien porque su tarifa era una de las mas bajas. Simplemente la llame, me atendio de una vez, solo hable con ella una ...sola vez, y listo, caso resuelto, no tuve que ir a corte, ya que ella se encargo de todo y logro reducir la citación a Equipo inapropiado, una violación que no se mueve y que no dará puntos en mi licencia y seguro.

I hired Jennifer Allen to represent me in court for a simple speeding ticket. She continued my case three times. Although she sent me an email once each time that this was done (form email) I received no other communication. I emailed and called the office several times without returned communicatio...n asking why the case was continued. This was a five month process. I think this was a bit strange. Improved communication from her office would have been helpful.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Allen Law! I received a traffic ticket while on vacation in North Carolina that required me to go to court. She appeared for me and reduced my ticket so that all I had to pay were court costs. I noticed on other reviews I read that people were saying they had a hard ...time reaching someone when calling the office. This was not my experience at all! Someone answered every time I called in. Her staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I emailed Jennifer, she would usually respond within a day or two. Her services are priced very reasonably, I was only charged once for her services even though she appeared in court several times for me. I am very impressed with this law firm and would definitely use them again in the future!
