After getting in a car crash, I needed a lawyer to represent me in court and try to get my case dismissed. Jennifer Allen and her staff were amazing an professional from the beginning. They answered my calls immediately and provided rapid responses, even during this pandemic. Other lawyers I contacte...d did not provide this support. I was immediately notified when my case went into continuance and when she was finally able to get my case dismissed. The level of communication was perfect throughout the process, and I was not concerned in any way that my case was in good hands. I hired Jennifer Allen to represent me in court for a simple speeding ticket. She continued my case three times. Although she sent me an email once each time that this was done (form email) I received no other communication. I emailed and called the office several times without returned communicatio...n asking why the case was continued. This was a five month process. I think this was a bit strange. Improved communication from her office would have been helpful.

I am pleased with the outcome from hiring this attorney. I got a speeding ticket for going more than 15 miles over limit. I was very concerned since I had not had a ticket, accident or any other incidents in almost 30 years. She extended the 1st date and went back to have charges completely dis...missed. That was well worth the money. I now don't have to pay more insurance, cause we all know that is a money racket. I didn't have to miss time from work and she contacted me right after by email to give me update.

Ms. Allen represented me in court in March 2016 for a speeding ticket I received in Chapel Hill earlier that year. She and her staff were professional and first-rate for the following reasons; First, I called a few lawyers in the Chapel Hill area. One of Ms. Allen's staff called me back even... though it was in the early evening on a Friday. She listened carefully to my specific situation, then gave me the basics of how the firm handles a case like mine. The information was clear and concise. There was no pressure in her presentation. She answered all my question on how I was to complete the forms to hire Ms. Allen and any documentation I needed to send to her. Second, once I hired Ms. Allen to represent me, her staff kept me updated on when the case would be heard, even when it was rescheduled for another date. Lastly, once Ms. Allen presented my case to the court and received the outcome (which was most favorable ), a staff member promptly contacted me of the decision. This was the outcome; "Ms. Allen appeared in court for you in Orange County and was able to get your citation dismissed so that it will not appear on your driving record or cause you to get any license or insurance points." The case was resolved on a Friday and her staff got me the results that weekend ( a Sunday evening). I was impressed by the whole process, start to finish.
