Evan Randall Dancy

Evan Dancy is a Litigation Associate Attorney with The Noble Law, who works with the lead attorneys in the representation of individual or multiple clients. While Evan is the youngest employment attorney of our team, he has already proven that he is diligent and resourceful advocate who cares for the needs of our clients.
Since joining The Noble Law, he has gained experience litigating claims arising from violations of state and federal statutes such as Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Acts, and the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act. Evan has also assisted with workplace investigations and aided employers in improving internal HR practices.
Evan was born and raised in North Carolina and is a recent graduate of the North Carolina School of Law. He joined our employment law firm as a law clerk during the Summer of 2018. He has meaningfully contributed in various aspects of cases and is continually seeking to absorb as much knowledge from the experienced employment attorneys at The Noble Law Firm.
Aiding others in his community is a personal and professional passion for Evan, starting with his community service as an Eagle Scout. As a graduate student at UNC, he accumulated over 100 Pro Bono hours by providing free legal services to various individuals across North Carolina. He continues to find opportunities to provide free legal services to his community.
In his spare time, Evan enjoys cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels, playing video games, traveling, and learning to cook (so he can stop bothering his mom).
