Social Security disability claim

My case was very difficult. It was denied three times on a state level. However, Attorney Biser did not give up on my case. He appealed it to a federal levell which was reviewed and sent back to the state. After many years had past the state approved my disability case. I'm very grateful for Att...orney Biser diliginemce not to give up.

Excellent and caring attorney and staff

I would, and have, recommended Hardison & Cochran to family and friends. I was kept current and was always helped by knowledgeable and courteous staff. I will forever be grateful to this caring firm for taking my case.

Very satisified with Mr. Biser as my Social Security Disability Attorney

I was very happy with the outcome of my case. I felt free to call the office with questions, knowing I would get a prompt reply. I was kept well informed of what to expect. I felt my case was well researched and represented. I would highly recommend Mr. Biser to anyone needing Social Security Dis...ability advice.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
