....well actually if I had known about Dan and used his firm from the start, i am sure it would have been. Dan, Gwen and the remainder of the staff took over my motorcycle accident case after another firm had it for over a year. The other firm dropped me as a client after I requested a copy of the... file to assess progress and found that nothing had been done. I contacted another firm who then referred me to Dan. Fearless, he and his staff stepped right in, got everything up to date and up to speed. Our trial date was fast approaching.... Dan got everything together, our depositions were done and off to mediation we went. At the end of a very ling 6 hours day, we settled out of court under very respectful terms.
