Quality patent attorney
Daniel worked on our not-so-easy non-provisional software patent. He dove in and immersed himself in our claims section. He was creative in offering ways to improve our spec and comprehensive in suggesting ways to make our already robust provisional patent even stronger in the non-provisional phase. ...
"Daniel has been a member of our Bold IP team for well over a year now. Daniel is an extremely focused and talented attorney. He has a natural mind for Patent Law and always strives to learn more and stay on top of the law. I endorse Daniel."
"I have worked with Daniel on many IP matters, and his knowledge and guidance has helped me a great deal."
"I've recently had my first opportunity to work closely with Daniel on a complicated interstate and international contract dispute involving patent and employment issues. Daniel was always prepared and constantly placed his clients' best interests first. He worked diligently but efficiently, taking care not too unduly burden his clients financially. Final negotiations were against a determined NYC firm and Daniel successfully garnered his clients a highly favorable outcome. I highly recommend his services."
