Highly recommend

Wilson Fong did an outstanding job representing me and helped me achieve a successful settlement. He was extremely responsive, kept me informed every step of the way, and explained the process clearly. His professionalism and attention to communication made a difficult situation much easier. I highly... recommend Wilson Fong to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and reliable attorney.

A thorough and understanding attorney

Will represented me and a a couple others in a case against a formal employer. He spent time with each of us understanding our situation and did a great job keeping us out of court. I would certainly use his services again.

With An Attorney Like Wilson Fong, You Don't Need Enemies

I hired Wilson Fong & he consistently worked against me with the opposing attorneys. Though the evidence was overwhelmingly in my favor, Wilson Fong tucked his tail & chose not to argue vigorously on my behalf, nor to exert himself during negotiations. Instead, he consistently encouraged me to go al...ong with the opposing team's wishes & recommendations, no matter how outlandish or injurious they were to me or my case. Whenever I would question him about his approach, the tactics & strategies (or lack thereof), or have an opinion that was contrary to his directive he would become verbally combative & act extremely unprofessional. By virtue of my own research, record keeping, and independent thinking we were able to use the abundance of evidence against my employer to win the case, but once again, Wilson Fong proved to be working in the best interest of the opposition. By allowing the opposing attorney to draw up the final agreement with little to no input or pushback, Fong relinquished the advantage to the opposing attorneys who of course drew up the final agreement in best interest of their client. The result was that the settlement was minimal, & the case was dismissed with prejudice so that I can not revisit the injustice that I suffered at any time in the future. Just because someone has a law degree does not mean that they have morals. Beware of Wilson Fong.

This does not sound familiar to me. I always leave the final decision on any settlement to the client. If you have questions about your settlement agreement, please contact me directly.

Not worth it

Mr. Fong pushed my case to the back of his load. He hardly returned calls went long periods before he responds. He then tells me the statute of limitations as if to say we don't have to do it right now. When I pointed out these issues I was let go as a Client. I still have not received copies of my ...documentation.
