Graham Eugene Holt

Aside from a personal matter for which I hired Mr Holt and about which he performed thoroughly and perfectly, my partner and I hired him for our burgeoning LLC. Graham Holt was on a "retainer", and we must have had meetings with him 8 or 9 separate times during a four year period. He was always promp...t, professional, and extremely helpful and successful. We discussed partnership issues; we started and aborted a co-operative. We had employment issues. There was a lease to negotiate with the landlord. I don't remember all the different issues with which Mr. Holt and my partner and I wrestled. Then my partner and I split, and once again Layer Holt was a help, both in the negotiations and the separation, on a human level and a professional business level. The separation with my partner was good, in part because we followed Mr. Holt's advice. He really saved the day. I've been the sole owner now for 6 months and no new issues have yet come up--but if they do, Graham's my man!
