Biography
I am a double Tar Heel, graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor's in History in 2002, and a Law Degree in 2006. I worked for over three years in the Guilford County Public Defender's Office before joining with Attorney J. Scott Coalter in private practice. Over my career, I have handled thousands of misdemeanors and felonies, from minor traffic offenses to drug trafficking to violent felonies such as armed robbery and sexual assaults. Along with Attorney Coalter, I am here to provide "experience on your side" to defend clients from criminal prosecution.
