I got in a little bit of trouble when in college 35 years ago – besides that I’ve been a model Citizen – made a huge mistake last year that was literally going to ruin my life – Mr. Nash recognized this and gave me his word that he would do everything in his power to help me minimize the damage that ...I did and then came up with a very clear plan of action -the evidence against me was rock solid, and there was no way I was getting out of it – I thought, for sure I was going to jail or at the very least probation.- the best I could hope for is that this man could plead it down for me – what I didn’t know at the time is he was a man of his word and after fighting tooth and nail for me, basically got everything dismissed with just a few hours of community service and a small court cost fee-I will never, and I mean NEVER be able to thank him and his staff enough

Very high marks for Michael Nash's handling of my DUI. From a professional standpoint he was efficient, responsive and provided very clear directives on what I needed to do to prepare for trial. I was delivered the minimum sentence and credit this to his superior counsel. On a personal note: My c...harge resulted from struggles with alcohol and Michael showed a genuine concern for my progress in recovery that went far beyond conventional legal service. His support in this regard was as valuable to me as his expert handling of the case.

I was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and consulted Mr. Nash after he came as a recommendation from someone. He was always available to answer and questions I had about the case and to comfort me in times of stress. Although the case was delayed a few times, along with many others, due to the... pandemic, when it came down to it Mr. Nash was about to quickly get my case dismissed. We will now start the process of getting the charge expunged but I can honestly say I am so grateful to Mr. Nash for all of his work and highly recommend him.

Attorney Nash went above and beyond in solving my son's complex legal matters. From my initial encounter with him and up until this point, he has been nothing but a man of his word. Attorney Nash met with me at his office on a Saturday; he did not make me feel rushed and he listened to me and ma...de me feel valued. He was not judgmental and he genuinely cared about my family. Throughout our communication, Mr. Nash calmed me, told me not to worry, expressed to me that he would "handle things" and HE DID. My son, who is now 25, had several outstanding charges stemming from his "terrible adolescent" years (16-18 years of age) and these charges were preventing him from moving on with his life because he was essentially "running from the law" for at least 7 years. We knew that he had to face them at some point. My son had several felony charges from breaking and entering, larceny, and robbery. He had charges involving a D.U.I, drug paraphernalia, etc. There were AT LEAST NINE CHARGES against him and some of the charges were not discovered until we got to the very end (which threw a curveball in our cases). Nonetheless, Attorney Nash and his partner (Attorney Lloyd) stated that they would handle these cases as well. My son was facing some SERIOUS jail time and SERIOUS restitution fines; however, both attorneys worked it out so that my son could turn himself in on only a "signature bond--meaning he didn't have to pay money to bond out." They even walked us to the jail and sat with me while he did so. We were "in and out" in literally a matter of minutes. Both attorneys later walked me to the courthouse and they held my hand "literally" every step of the way. As a result, Mr. Nash and Mr. Lloyd were able to reduce all charges to misdemeanors and my son received only a year of unsupervised probation for prior charges. My son can now better sleep because he isn't "running from the law." Also, he only had to pay a fine of 100.00 and there was no mention of restitution. He was even able to get his driving privilege restored. I don't know an attorney like these two. Attorney Nash and Attorney Lloyd are true miracle workers and I have never met anyone like them. THANK YOU ATTORNEY NASH AND ATTORNEY LLOYD for giving me a peace of mind and for giving my son a second chance at life.

Meant to write this review about 18 months ago but never did, which is a shame because Mr. Nash truly deserves it! If the other reviews aren't enough to convince you, trust me; Michael Nash is the REAL DEAL! I was stopped in August 2019 for speeding on a highway in Greensboro and was cited under ...NC G.S. 20-141(J1) for doing almost 90 in a 70 and G.S. 20-7(A) for operating a motor vehicle on a highway without being licensed to drive by the state. Two misdemeanors! The second charge was especially surprising since I had no idea that my NY license was suspended! Fortunately, the officer told me it might just be a mistake or an unpaid fine and let me go, and I was able to get my license reinstated later that day. Though it was still quite stressful because I had never before been charged with a crime and didn't know what do. I didn't know how much an attorney would cost, and I had to return to school before my court date! I spent hours doing research, contacted multiple lawyers, one of which quoted me $500 and told me that nothing could be done about the speeding misdemeanor! Honestly I was starting to worry that some of these lawyers might be scams. But then I came across Michael Nash. I reached out, and we later spoke on the phone to discuss my case. He told me to focus on my studies and not to worry, especially if I'm choosing a "tough SOB" like him to represent me. He assured me that the no operator's license charge was an easy dismissal, but clarified that he likely would not be able to get the speeding charge dismissed. Even so, he was extremely confident in getting it reduced. And that's exactly what he did! No operator's license, DROPPED. Misdemeanor speeding, REDUCED to the equivalent of a citation for a broken taillight! "No insurance increase or points on your driving record. Your court costs are $283.00. Get that to my office and I will pay it for you." After seeing that text, I was more than happy to! And I didn't even have to fly back to North Carolina for my court date! All in all, I am very content with Mr. Nash's legal services. He's straightforward, his rates were very reasonable, and he fights tooth and nail for his clients! I absolutely recommend him. Honestly, how could I not? He saved me from having a criminal record!
