Biography
My interest in the practice of law is based on my passion for solving problems. Each legal issue presents a real life problem for the client. I often look for non-traditional ways to solve a client's problem. Having served in the U.S. Navy for 23 years, my experience as a Commanding Officer gives me a much broader perspective when approaching the problems that face each individual client. There is not a "one size fits all" approach to the practice of law. I can help each client chart a successful course and navigate through the complex legal issues that they face.

My son was charged with 9 felonies in 3 counties and Mr. Nash got them all dismissed.
Mr. Nash was our family's saving grace during a tough time. He was empathetic yet incredibly honest and fair with my son through the process (along with a few nuggets of wisdom for a teenager). He really goes to bat for his clients and cares about them as people. Highly recommended.
