Lee C. Hawley

I was referred to Lee Hawley from a friend of my mother. I, not expecting my marriage to end so abruptly, had no idea where to look or who to speak to regarding legal counsel for my separation. Once I was served an intial draft of a separation agreement from my wife, I knew I had to make a decision. ...I was lucky to find Mr. Hawley. He met with me within 2 days of my initial email, laid out what his role would be if I chose him to represent me, and was completely upfront about what it would cost financially. If for some reason he couldn’t immediately answer my call, his voicemail was updated daily so I knew that he was either in court or simply tied up in another appointment. His paralegal Jamie is simply fantastic as well. I received timely e-mail communications along with every pertinent document for my own personal reference. If Mr. Hawley wasn’t immediately available and I needed something urgently – I could speak with her and she would either facilitate my request to him or assist me herself. Looking back, I am confident that my outcome in court was as successful as it was because of Mr. Hawley. I credit the success in his work not only to his vast knowledge of Family Law but to his level of complete confidence, professional persona, and compassion towards what I was experiencing.
