Diligent, Professional, and Understanding

I was referred to Lee Hawley from a friend of my mother. I, not expecting my marriage to end so abruptly, had no idea where to look or who to speak to regarding legal counsel for my separation. Once I was served an intial draft of a separation agreement from my wife, I knew I had to make a decision. ...I was lucky to find Mr. Hawley. He met with me within 2 days of my initial email, laid out what his role would be if I chose him to represent me, and was completely upfront about what it would cost financially. Once I officially hired him, he worked diligently and communicated quickly and clearly with myself and my wife's legal representation to find agreeable terms that both parties signed off on. From the start I felt confident that Mr. Hawley was not only competent but would go to bat for me and what I desired to accomplish in our revisions to the legal document that would basically govern my life for the foreseeable future. I could not be more pleased with his work

Outstanding Family Law Attorney

I cannot describe the complete peace of mind that hiring Mr. Lee Hawley brought when I turned my extremely complex and difficult legal case over to him. His level of incredible expertise and vast knowledgeable base was most impressive. But – the one thing that meant the most to me was the level of ...personability, accessibility, and the ‘down to earth’ approach that he had with me during each and every interaction. My case had many complexities that involved not only my personal life but my professional livelihood as well. Mr. Hawley was always mindful of both and provided guidance to navigate whatever came our way. Most lawyers would be intimidated to take on such a complex situation similar to what I had found myself in. But, from the initial consultation and through the many months of ongoing litigation, Mr. Hawley took my case, embraced all of the moving parts, and pulled all of it together to achieve a successful outcome for me. I applaud the effort that he dedicated to my case and ensuring that everything ran on time, smoothly, and conveniently. Often, Mr. Hawley would initiate contact to ‘check in’ with me and collaborate so we were always on the same page. I found it to be most impressive that he has a direct phone line to his office that he personally answers. If for some reason he couldn’t immediately answer my call, his voicemail was updated daily so I knew that he was either in court or simply tied up in another appointment. His paralegal Jamie is simply fantastic as well. I received timely e-mail communications along with every pertinent document for my own personal reference. If Mr. Hawley wasn’t immediately available and I needed something urgently – I could speak with her and she would either facilitate my request to him or assist me herself. Looking back, I am confident that my outcome in court was as successful as it was because of Mr. Hawley. I credit the success in his work not only to his vast knowledge of Family Law but to his level of complete confidence, professional persona, and compassion towards what I was experiencing. I am thankful to have had Mr. Hawley walk with me through this difficult period in my life and highly recommend him with pleasure to anyone needing legal representation and counsel.

An expert in separation and divorce cases

Separation is something that can be sudden and unexpected for many folks. Unfortunately, this was the case for me. From the first consultation with Lee it was clear that he was drawing from a lot of experience. Together with Lee and his team we quickly formulated a strategy and a plan of action b...ased on my desire for a quick settlement while maintaining zero alimony liability. Lee was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process and always showed great understanding to any concerns. I’m thankful that I went to Lee first when looking for legal help. In my case, the process was very smooth and we reached a fair settlement very quickly while minimizing the overall amount owed to my ex-spouse. This saved me a lot of pain and allowed me to focus on moving forward. I would highly recommend Lee for anyone going through a separation.

Brilliant Family Law Attorney

I had a very complicated case. Being an involved and " terrified " father; facing separation/divorce; not knowing what to do; I decided it was time to hire an attorney. I scrambled ( in one week ) to find the right person to trust my sensative personal information and complex situation too. I paid ...for consultations with four different attorneys; some of which, were revered " to be feared ". Lee Hawley was the second of the four and after much consideration and gut checking, I hired Lee Hawley and Wyatt-Early-Harris-Wheeler as my choice. My course, and litigation process was a long, difficult and multi-faceted proces. Lee handled every detail with professionalism and integrity. I never felt alone! Lee Hawley was caring and very straightforward, responsive, and professional. Reply contact on my concerns were quick and on point. My case was very ugly!! I had the opportunity to witness Lee Hawley in the court room " Often ". On two occasions, I watched two of the area's considered " TOP and EXPENSIVE " Attorneys, acknowledge Lee and treat him with the utmost respect! In my case personally, my ex hired two different attorneys and Lee was very professional in handling and " trumping" them both. Lee is amazing in the courtroom. The judge who tried my case clearly respected Mr. Hawley; and basically awarded " us " all sensative request/concerns. Especially pertaining to my children. I have an attorney I can trust for all my endeavors, either domestic or business - for life. Lee C. Hawley is simply brilliant!!
