I cannot recommend Lee Hawley and his paralegal, Elaine Hancock, of ROBERSON HAWORTH & REESE, P.L.L.C. highly enough. After over a year and a half with another firm where I was passed between five different attorneys and received inconsistent, frustrating representation, I was referred to Lee. Tha...t completely changed my experience. From the start, Lee brought clarity, focus, and a clear path forward. He took the time to understand my situation and prioritize what mattered most. My divorce was finalized in less than a year, which I did not think was possible given how things had gone before. He was also able to achieve an outcome where I did not have to pay my spouse any additional money, which I truly thought was impossible. Elaine was equally great to work with. Unfortunately, I found myself as a defendant in a child support case after being divorced for a few years. Mr. Hawley handled all aspects of my case flawlessly. When " the other side" tried to prevent me from seeing my daughters... Lee filed a motion and within weeks I had visitations restored. Lee handled all aspects of my divorce and the equitable distribution process with the utmost professionalism. Hi...s knowledge of family law is unparalleled. When "the other side" went back on her word and tried to modify child support, Lee made quick work of getting an unmerited case DISMISSED! At every turn Mr. Hawley went the extra mile, even having to request the recording of the hearing because the other attorney didn't remember the ruling correctly! I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hawley for any family law issues that might arise in the future!

I can not speak highly enough of Lee Hawley. He helped me in a divorce case having come from another attorney prior. He jumped right in my case, handled things in a timely most professional manner. He represented me in another county which I was told attorneys from only that county were favored an...d that was not the case. Lee was so well respected and handled the case with such knowledge and so professional.
