Outstanding Representation When I Needed It Most

I cannot recommend Lee Hawley and his paralegal, Elaine Hancock, of ROBERSON HAWORTH & REESE, P.L.L.C. highly enough. After over a year and a half with another firm where I was passed between five different attorneys and received inconsistent, frustrating representation, I was referred to Lee. Tha...t completely changed my experience. From the start, Lee brought clarity, focus, and a clear path forward. He took the time to understand my situation and prioritize what mattered most. My divorce was finalized in less than a year, which I did not think was possible given how things had gone before. He was also able to achieve an outcome where I did not have to pay my spouse any additional money, which I truly thought was impossible. Elaine was equally great to work with. She was always responsive, easy to reach, and very helpful, which made the process much more manageable. Their rates were reasonable, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee Hawley and his team to anyone needing divorce representation.

An expert in separation and divorce cases

Separation is something that can be sudden and unexpected for many folks. Unfortunately, this was the case for me. From the first consultation with Lee it was clear that he was drawing from a lot of experience. Together with Lee and his team we quickly formulated a strategy and a plan of action b...ased on my desire for a quick settlement while maintaining zero alimony liability. Lee was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process and always showed great understanding to any concerns. I’m thankful that I went to Lee first when looking for legal help. In my case, the process was very smooth and we reached a fair settlement very quickly while minimizing the overall amount owed to my ex-spouse. This saved me a lot of pain and allowed me to focus on moving forward. I would highly recommend Lee for anyone going through a separation.
