Wholeheartedly dedicated to advocating for clients facing criminal charges, Attorney Luis F. Maradiaga is a valued addition to Dummit Fradin. Prior to joining Dummit Fradin, he served as a criminal defense and immigration attorney in Winston-Salem and as a prosecutor in Orange County, NC. Mr. Maradiaga received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained his Paralegal Certificate from Meredith College. He graduated from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, cum laude, where he received the Book Award at the Restorative Justice Clinic and was selected to attend the 2012 Restorative Justice Conference at Harvard Law School.
Mr. Maradiaga has advocated for clients accused of felonies, misdemeanors, and impaired driving. He has adroitly navigated DMV restoration hearings as well as driving record cleanups. Should you have charges outside of Forsyth County, he will travel to Davidson, Davie, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin Counties on your behalf for a comprehensive resolution of all your charges. As a native of Honduras, Luis is especially adept at serving the needs of those in the Hispanic community.
